This two bedroomed flat in South West London had been rented and was not only empty but also in need of redecoration.   Wellesley Place brought in a team of decorators, cleaners and gardeners, and in 48 hours redecorated much of the inside of the property and bought in furniture to ‘stage’ the property.  The owner had two offers after the first day of viewings, at the asking price.
